Lion's RAW
Tonight's last minute cocktail experiment, prompted by a pepsi RAW competition being run for this year's Taste of London:
Mint muddled with demerara, then topped with crushed ice
Shaken:
- 50ml Pressed (English!) Cloudy Apple & Pear juice
- 35ml Pimm's No1
- 25ml Bombay Sapphire
- (I'd intended 10ml of cucumber juice here!)
Poured over the ice, then topped with:
- 50ml Pepsi RAW
- a dash of Angostura bitters
Topped again with ice, stirred.
